I am working here mainly on data analysis & visualization, signal processing and dynamic facial expression synthesis.

Biographical note

I am a computer science engineer, graduate of the Geneva School of Engineering, Switzerland.
I majored in mathematical morphology and image processing, and carried out my diploma on hepatic tumors segmentation from IRM.

After that, I've worked for two years at the Image & Signal Processing Laboratory of the Geneva School of Engineering as a research assistant, and realized several projects in collaboration with the HUG (Hôpitaux universitaires de Genève) and CMU (Centre médical universitaire), such as :

    - semi-automatic brain tumors segmentation and volumetry from 3D IRM
    - analysis of bones histologic sections
    - analysis of the structure of an experimental type of concrete
    - bacteria colonies analysis
    - cortical folding estimation from 3D IRM
