Important dates
Inscription submission*: 1st of June 2012
Abstract submission: 1st of June 2012
EXTENDED DEADLINE: 30th of June 2012
* The conference is limited to 200 places. The scientific organizing committee will thus select the participants in accordance to the informations submitted during the inscription (status, scientific accomplishment, scientific interest etc.). The final decision will be confirmed to the participants at the beginning of July 2012.
Attendance will grant 2 credits to the members of the Graduate School of the NCCR Affective Sciences
Fees
This fee includes registration, coffee breaks, and lunch, but not transportation neither the gala party. Fees about the gala party are 120 Swiss francs in addition of the registration fees and have to be paid at the same time of the registration.
Students: 200 Swiss francs
Post-doc: 250 Swiss francs
Faculty : 400 Swiss francs
Gala party : 120 Swiss francs (not compulsory, to add to the registration fees)
Poster
For the conference, the size of your poster has to be vertical A0.

Transportation
When travelers arrive at the airport, they can take a free ticket "Tout Genève" valid for 1.5 hours. The machine can be found in the baggage claim area, next to the exit doors (before going through customs). This ticket will enable travelers to use public transport for free to arrive at their hotel. Once at the hotel, a public transport card will be offered, valid for the duration of their stay at the hotel.
