Access from the Cornavin train station

The tram stop closest to the Center is called "Augustins". There are three ways to come to "Augustins" from the Cornavin train station.

1) Take bus until the stop “Pont d'Arve” (5th stop), walk for one minute towards "Rue de Carouge" to take tram at the stop “Pont d'Arve" (tram direction "Palettes"). “Augustins” is the next stop.

2) Take tram until the stop “Plainpalais” (4th stop), walk two minutes towards "Rue de Carouge" to take tram at the stop “Plainpalais” (tram direction "Palettes"). “Augustins” is the 2nd stop.

3) Take tram until the stop “Bel Air” (2nd stop), walk three minutes towards "Rue de Rive" to take tram at the stop “Bel Air” (tram direction "Palettes"). “Augustins” is the 4th stop.

At the stop Augustin go a few steps in the same direction as the tram and turn into the first possible street to your right: rue des Battoirs. After about 200 meters you will see a building on your left with red windows (number 7). CISA is on the 3rd floor.

Access from the airport Cointrin

When travelers arrive at the airport, they can take a free ticket “Tout Genève" valid for 1.5 hours. The machine can be found in the baggage claim area, next to the exit doors (before going through customs). This ticket will enable travelers to use public transport for free to arrive at their hotel. Once at the hotel, a public transport card will be offered, valid for the duration of their stay at the hotel.
