Advancement of women

Our objective is to encourage the advancement of women in their academic career - by creating appropriate conditions and increasing the competences of young women researchers. Two major alleys have been chosen:

• Sensitizing the project leaders to the importance of facilitating the hiring of women researchers on all levels.
• Offering tools to young women in the NCCR that will enable them to compete successfully for academic positions.
